Hey. I had my navel pierced a month ago. The skin between it is small. It's not rejecting or anything, it's just that the skin is small compared to other navel piercings i've seen in the internet. If I remove the ring, will it close up? How long? I want to get it re-pierced. Hope you can answer. Thanks so much. :)
Hey girly, I apologise about the delayed reply as I have been away for ages! Sounds exactly like mine :) Navel piercings do tend to migrate forward and therefore the skin between is smaller than ones who are more freshly done. This also depends on an individuals body, the piercer and their navel! Mine was thicker at first and after having it for years it has gotten thinner so that is no problem, unless the skin is really really thin and you feel it could tear out very easily. If you remove the ring, yes it will close up. And you can get it re pierced after a few months. xx
