Would microdermals or skin divers be better for the dimples in by lower back? Can one go right in the middle of the dimple?

I think that divers are better for the back region as they can come out if you need them too. But it all depends on your lifestyle, where you get it done and how long you are planning on having the piercing there. And yes, they can go right in the middle of the dimple. It has been done many many many times so it is no problem, they can go almost anywhere on your body! x
